Not enough organizations use the full power of their leadership community. Our Sum Spaces reactivate communities by getting them to do things together (the original sense from Latin’s ‘con ferre’.) Through facilitating critical It, We, and I conversations, we engage, align, and have leaders co-create solutions to take their transformational journey back to their teams.

2. Executive coaching

We open Sum Spaces for individual executives in parallel to team journeys to help them address topics essential for their personal agenda. We help them reflect on their own purpose, on whether their way of working is effective and fulfilling, and what it would take to get to the next level. Our Sum executive coaches can work in English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Chinese, Turkish, Danish, and Portuguese.
