Growing up in a mid-sized family company I experienced all the ups and downs and dynamics of such a system. After the once-planned succession story collapsed, I found my way into consultancy. Ever since my philosophy has been to do things better, smoother, more elegantly, and with less friction. Today I know that friction is necessary, new ideas are most fragile, and profound change takes time.

My personal history brought me to constellation work and a systemic and holistic view of things. My deep dive into recreational aviation taught me to be prepared for almost everything. There it turned out that I can stay calm even in the most difficult situations.

Holding space is one of the most essential things in my work. For me, it’s about providing a psychologically safe space and creating an environment where things can evolve that otherwise would not have the opportunity to thrive.
