German and Argentinian—the Germans' practical depth and the Argentinians' warmth and creativity. Being both and having lived in both countries has been a beautiful challenge of integrating diversity throughout my life. Creating spaces to integrate what seems complex and to obtain the best from diverse worlds has been vital to me since I was young.

My experience in executive roles, such as CEO or President of a Chamber, allows me to empathize and connect easily with an organization's leader or owner. I am committed to helping executive teams address the essential conversations to make things happen. I believe authentic and constructive human connections are the key to the following step organizations need to do, again and again.
