I have known Sum for close to 5 years, first as a client when I was CHRO. I noticed how important it was to open alternative “spaces” for executives and executive teams to access the heart of who they are, what drives them and what they stand for. Stepping aside for a couple of days to connect to our inner passion and that of our team is essential to be able to dream, believe in, and achieve extraordinary outcomes.

As a former McKinsey consultant and executive, the “it”  has been a fundamental part of my professional life. But the real “kick” for me, as a player, a coach or an advisor, lies in the joy of a common journey with a team (“we”) and witnessing individual (“I”) passion and energy coming through.

My purpose is to help executives and teams find joy and deploy endless energy to take on any challenge with cohesion, commitment to one another, and shared purpose.
