Michaela Luise Fischer

Being raised in a family-driven stationary shop it always made me upset when entrepreneurship was not valued, either by customers or by the public. I have always pursued the common thread of truthfulness and connecting with myself to become authentic.

Since the beginning of my apprenticeship at Penta Hotels in Munich, I have been into hospitality and providing space for transition and celebration.

After quite some experience in training and coaching my understanding of hospitality has changed. Today I am dedicated to being a host of exquisite dialogues. I offer quality time and supreme attention for my clients, singles or large groups, ready to leave any agenda aside when needed. Putting people and their needs in the middle of my attention, psychological safety and empathy are the cornerstones of my work. I am known for the courage to face what’s in the way and bring joy and ease to the spot.
