Hello, I’m Mélanie. 
For many years, I worked as an emergency physician — a role that shaped my ability to stay present, make clear decisions, and meet people in moments that matter.

At some point, I felt a quiet pull toward a different kind of work. Not because something was missing, but because something new was becoming possible. I realized that what I value most is accompanying people through complexity, not only reacting to it.

This led me from acute medicine into organizational consulting. For more than seven years now, I’ve been supporting leaders, teams, and organizations — particularly in transformation processes and conflict situations. I love to create spaces where people can show up honestly. Where intuition stands next to strategy, where presence holds as much weight as structure, and where conversations open the door to real change.

I bring depth, curiosity, and a fine sense for what lies beneath the surface — always with the intention of helping people and organizations grow in a grounded, meaningful, and human way.
