Having spent my childhood and teenage years in East Berlin and Algiers, I journeyed into professional life with the dream of building one day organizations that thrive in a culture that celebrates diversity and freedom of thought. This dream guided me through 25 years of professional development, during which I could build significant, globally diversified growth, both as an entrepreneur and as stakeholder in Senior Leadership and Board Positions. Driven by long-term thinking my passion is to enthuse organizations to live in constant curiosity for their clients’ point of view while adhering to best-in-class governance, highest leadership integrity and living a collaborative culture that avoids siloed and ego driven thinking. As I share the belief that the business of business is to improve the state of the world, I am a strong advocate of profitable growth that goes in line with positive social and environmental impact.
