With a deep-rooted desire to create positive change in both business and civil society, I have spent the past 15 years in leadership development, working with a diverse range of clients in business and not-for-profit across Europe, the US and Asia.

My other passion is pottering around anything that floats, and mostly to sail our 90 year-old wooden sailing boat, Hallowe’en, along the Portuguese Atlantic coast and beyond.
