I am a deeply curious executive mentor and transformation coach for senior leaders at pivotal points in their careers. I am also a passionate connector, deeply believing in the power of networks.

I am a proven Transformation and Leadership development coach who can draw on over 30 years of experience as an equity partner in top-tier management consulting firms (AT Kearney and PWC) and Executive Search (Korn/Ferry), where I worked around the globe with a wide range of blue-chip clients across industries.

I am deeply passionate about all aspects of well-being and personal growth, including mental health, mind management, and well-being, drawing on my own personal journey that wasn’t always plain sailing.

I am German by birth and married with two grown-up boys. I have lived in London for the last 30 years. I feel most alive and happy when riding my Triumph Thunderbird motorcycle, which demands my total presence.
