Beat Zwahlen

During my long professional journey I have been enjoying an unique diversity: Travelling between cultures, assuming a variety of roles, experiencing a broad range of industries, working with management teams in public and family owned companies and learning from successes and failures.

I am energized by my passion for problem solving and thereafter pursuing agreed goals with patience, flexibility and tenacity. 

It goes along with another fascinating diversity, the diversity of teams who are at the same time a wonderful source of inspiration and also a remarkable leadership challenge.  

Being engaged building management or board teams, helping them to understand their purpose and to become more valuable, I try to give something back from the richness of my own experience.
