Bea is Spanish, from Madrid, with a Mediterranean character.. Has more than thirty years of professional experience as a coach, consultant, teacher, speaker and entrepreneur.  She feels at home both in the public and private sectors, in Europe and in LATAM.

On her path, Bea has acquired a wealth and depth of knowledge and experience of the human behaviour, group dynamics and the keys to transformation.

Bea is a non-conformist person,  restless to go the extra mile to facilitate genuine transformational change.

Hence, she constantly learns to deepen her understanding of people and organisations in the search of the essence of existence. She has the art of integrating all of her knowledge and experience into the magic of the present moment.  Indeed, she discovered that nothing is everything, but that everything adds up and is related.
